Yakima Elite Volleyball

You are registering for Beach Basics - Spring 2023, Session 1: Grades 6 & 7

WHEN: MONDAYS & WEDNESDAYS 6:30 - 7:30 PM at The Yakima Athletic Club.

DATES: May 13th - June 17. Approximately ten 1 hour sessions.

WHO: This series is recommended for players who have had some club volleyball experience, recommended for Ages 11-14. This series will review some of the basic skills needed for beach volleyball, rules, tournament prep etc.  You will need a basic volleyball foundation already to participate in this training series. This series is NOT intended for a beginner (players having not played 1 to 2 years of volleyball before).  

WHAT: Beach Volleyball is an outdoor sport and you will need to get used to playing in the elements.  The only sessions that will be rescheduled will be due to extreme wind or lightning/excessive rain.  Should any days need to be made up due to weather the coach will do the very best to keep make-up sessions the same week.  If that is not possible the session dates may be extended.  Players should plan to wear layers and consider wearing sand sox (can be purchased on Amazon).  This registration is non-refundable.
